My name is Rakesh, and I'm an Indian origami enthusiast, designer, and author based in Haryana. I'm a self-taught artist. I started paper folding when I was 16 years old. That early interest has blossomed into a passion for designing intricate, life-like models, especially animals and insects.

I specialise in creating complex, realistic animal figures. I design 22.5°, and box-pleating models.

I enjoy sharing my passion with the global community of paper folders. I'm also a co-founder of Kagazee India, a publisher of Indian origami magazines.
